Teachers 

​We are hiring full time, and part time teachers, as well as teacher assistants. The qualified teacher must speak fluent English. You must be caring and love to work with young children. The candidate must have a profound understanding of child development. The candidate also needs to be physically fit for this rewarding job. Additional requirements are:

• Have at least two year's experience working with preschool age children preferred.

• Have at least 12 units in Child Development. A degree in child development is preferable.

• A team player.

• Professional, reliable, and responsive.

• Effective communication skills.

• Proven classroom management skills.

• Creative and flexible.

• Have knowledge of emergent curriculum is preferable, have a basic knowledge, understanding of the Montessori Method is preferable.

Responsibilities are:

• Prepare, implement, and update curriculum that incorporates the school philosophy and engages children of all ages.

• Day to day classroom management.

• Encourage and extend the learning experience of all children.

• Be a role model of the class room and work calmly.

• Prepare parent teacher conference materials.

• Communicate with parents about their child's progress.

• Have three or more references, current CPR/First Aid certification, official transcripts, proof of Live Scan finger print, and clean background check. (Proof required upon hire)

Teacher Assistant

• Have at least 6 to 12 units in Child Development.

• 1 year experience in child care.
